Instead of writing the usual blog post, I wanted to take a moment to tell you about My Mission – why I do what I do.
Rose Keating Career Consulting is a blog, resource, and career consultancy all about helping woman run effective job search campaigns that result in kick ass career opportunities.
My Goal is simple: To show you how to get a job you will love.
This could include:
- Helping you figure out what you want your life-work to be
- Teaching you how to run successful job search campaigns that are effectively targeted at positions that excite you and are in line with your values, personality, motivations, and passions
- Giving you inside information about how the hiring game works – so you don’t make amateur mistakes that end up costing you months of job-search time, and thousands in foregone earnings
One reason I became a Career Coach is because I know first-hand how soul crushing a terrible job can be. I have also had AMAZING jobs, and I remember those years as some of the most professionally and personally rewarding of my career (not to mention fun!). Looking back, I wish I had someone to guide and support me as I made critical career choices – someone to show me the ropes and encourage me to think deeper about the decisions I was making.
I meet so many women who are in jobs that don’t challenge them, or tap into what they really care about – and I see how it affects them. They feel lost, overwhelmed by their career options, frustrated by their fruit-less job searches, and unsure if their feelings are even valid. Some know exactly what they want to do, but they are struggling to make it happen.
I became a Career Coach because I want every woman to be empowered by knowing that she is in control and can create any career opportunity she sets her mind to. The most successful people in life are not exceptionally talented, intelligent, or charming – they just know the rules to the game, and they consistently TAKE ACTION. They have all the same feelings of fear and anxiety – but they connect to their dreams, push forward, and make bold moves that creates opportunities that normally would never be available to them.
As a Career Coach, I help women get excited about their career options, and take meaningful action towards their goals week after week. I’m here to get you to start thinking bigger.
If you could use a little help in creating your dream career – Take Action Now!
