“Having this new arsenal of skills allowed me to land a job offer at a well known technology company with DOUBLE the salary of one of my previous job offers.”
I started working with Rose for interview coaching when I was applying for IT jobs. After working with Rose I have a much better grasp on how the interview her, every interview I went to I was extremely nervous, and that led to bad interviews. She taught me how to leverage the what-you-feel-is-how-you-act principle to my benefit, and I am now able to go into interviews much more confidant. She taught me to do deep research on the people I’m going to be interviewing with. Before I worked with her, I never even thought of doing that. It was really beneficial to be able to put a face to a name, especially once I started the job. It felt like I already knew some of the people I was going to be working with.
Rose really pushes her clients, but in a really good way that you need. She really pushed me to get my answers to interview questions drilled into my brain to avoid hesitation. I think this was one of the most important things to do before having an interview. Having this new arsenal of skills allowed me to land a job offer at a well known technology company with DOUBLE the salary of one of my previous job offers. Rose’s extensive expertise on how to navigate multiple job offers and negotiate the best compensation package possible was invaluable to me.
Rose was always so upbeat about everything, and that made a big difference. I felt like she was invested in my success, and that really meant a lot to me. I would recommend her to any of my colleagues or friends who are looking to get into the job market. For college grads, it’s still tough to find a good job that will pay what you’re worth and will treat their employees well. Rose helped steer me down the right path to exactly that job.
